Legal advice needs : LLC jointly owned by three partners / offer docs / county or city specific lease docs. 

I also have Joint Venture partners and if a JV has part of the deal, I'll tell the other party that it is all subject to approval from my JV.

Looking to do a joint venture or someone with $50k-100k in cash that wants to partner on a deal. 

Then once you have enough saved to invest in your first property then you could decide to reduce your hours.If you are not willing to do that perhaps u can downsize in other ways.

I  don't believe everything I see on U tube.   

and one guy said he wanted to buy and actually asker to finance 15k. smh. seller wasn't gonna wait for 9k. one of the buyers was a real estate agent. and he was just coming to look for his out of state buyers cuz he said it was something they may be interested in. but after coming. he said something about a non profit had bought it prior to my seller owning it. and something about the next buyer not being about to sell it for too much because of that. which i have never heard of before. have u
