I work with one bank only, they are not the cheapest, but I never had an issue getting a loan with them, getting a loan is a super easy, they have introduced me to people that have helped me tremendously on my business, they let me know about deals, etc.

I was introduced to BP by my brother who has been investing in real estate and business in North Carolina for a few years. 

I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and just express the excitement i have of finally taking the first step to post my intro.

You introduced the concept of a Lender giving out as much as 80% market value, but I've seen other posts/threads where, even if the Lender says they'll lend 80%, their appraisal suddenly gets more conservative, so the borrower may end up with about the same as what another Lender calls 70% LTV anyway (and with worse terms to boot)!

I have no experience in real estate investing my roommate introduced me to fish dad poor dad about a year ago and I’ve read a few other books and listened to podcasts in here but that’s about it.

I know that's not true, but it seems the key is to find an agent who then introduces you to the bank.
