I assume she was evicted for bringing the pet when she was not allowed to according to the lease. otherwise I am not sure how to interpret "a woman sued the landlord who evicted her after she got an "emotional support" dog"

As to whether Aaron Norris said that his group provides funding for the end buyer, I mistakenly interpreted his comment about using auctions as meaning that, as part of the auction process, his group also provides funding without seasoning at hard money prices.

My interpretation of all of this is that yes, a land contract is considered a sale in the year that the land contract is signed (would be 09 for my case), and the buyer can apply for the tax credit by filing an amended 08 return.
