It makes us feel that they are trying to hide their identities 2) we could not find any information on the founder of the company 3) could not find any info on the company on the internet 4) when they ask us to pay, they have a discount with Zelle.

We had meetings with him about we our business finances are in the red, not making repairs unless its a non habititable issue or saftey concern.

Because he was overpriced and I was the only one willing to pay the amount he wanted, he ultimately signed over his VA entitlement and allowed my (a non-veteran) to take over his loan!
