You can't give them a DP, but you can indirectly give them credit for the Option Consideration towards the purchase (not formally), by simply reducing the final Option Price by the Option Consideration amount.Example:Purchase Price: $100,000Option Consideration: $5,000 (5% of the Purchase Price).

If it's not and your raise it I'm not quite sure it will so much increase the price directly by raising it as much as it will just open up your buyer pool a bit more - which could eventually indirectly affect your price.
