Sunken living room in potential home

Eric Wallet
Posted

I'm interested in a home close to my residence yo purchase for a flip opportunity. House is a 91' with a sunken living room right off the kitchen. Home is in great shape just needs some updates to reach top of market.

What if any opinions whether this could make the home hard to sell for a potential buyer. Could see how someone may be inconvienced by having to step down every time while passing to the living room from kitchen

Thanks for any feedback.
