I would estimate between $600K-$800K with all of our standard inclusions for a (6-8 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms).

The estimate I received, inclusive of the new service panel, was $36k.

I have all inclusive pricing at $500 per month for my furnished rooms.my rooms are on the smaller side as well ( 10 x10), so this is good pricing for me. 

The business model is very competitive all-inclusive pricing, 1-2 day completion of most jobs and large crews of 6-8 or more.  

While that was a good thing, but to have $2 million suit hanging over you personally, for 2 years, no coverage, is quite a big deal to these folks.I thought his inclusion in the case was based on "piercing the corporate veil" but was told it's not.
