Re-pipe Specialist vs. Plumbing Contractors

Does anyone have experience using repipe speciality contractors versus plumbing contractors?  I'm doing a 100 year old 1000 sq. ft  2BDR/1BA copper repipe.  Water supply from street to house is good.  So it's only the house.  Raised foundation.  There's easy access to the crawl space via a partial basement (unusual for this part of CA).

The repipe guys are half the price of even the cheapest plumbers here.  They do the job in one or two days with large crews.   They seem to have great reviews on yelp in most areas around here.

Too good to be true?
