Reconfirm before leaving for appt- make a short 30 second video (I used my iphone) of the unit to include with initial screening email to weed out tire kickers.

Here in Southern California there are many pretenders, I would proceed with caution when an Eskimo is selling ice, out of his igloo.Go to google or  your Iphone store and get the app "meet up", at these meeting there are for sure wolves, but there are also good people looking for other good people.   

I did get by well enough with no computer for years but only because I have always had an iPhone which can do almost everything a laptop can, thought not always as well or as easily. now streaming services I agree are luxuries that aren’t always needed  whenever I have found myself nearing financial stress, the first things I let lapse are Netflix etc. even now that we have been more stable and doing well financially, the only things I still have subscriptions to are Apple Music and HBO max.

I struggle with the "If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself" syndrome, but I was very proud of myself for keeping my iPhone in my pocket and staying in my lane on this one.

- - - - - Gone are the days of just buying any property, furnishing it with crappy furniture, listing it with iPhone photos, and making a killing! 

If only you are there to take them, do you really want to capture them on your iphone? 

There is a DNC (Do Not Call) list to put your number on and for most wholesalers, they will honor the DNC.For others, texting back Stop will prevent further text messages.My iPhone allows me to block incoming numbers I don't want to receive text messages from and I use that a lot.And for those who do not regard DNC or Stop, you text back, ask who they are, ask how much they are offering and get their name and company.
