Awesome approach, it is best to meet with the agents in real life, see the neighborhoods and get the vibe in real life.I usually talk to them on the forum for about 6 months and then take the next step..to see how dedicated and professional they are .

After about 6mo I ended up meeting the love of my life which opened my eyes to thinking further down the road than I had been previously and although I really enjoy the Casino Marketing game, I soon realized it would not be the best path to achieving my life/financial goals for my future family.

I have never had an experience with any other person in real estate or in life that has been as honest and prompt and available as Joel has been.

Some call the stock market a representation of human sentiment in real time, and I imagine the real estate market is not too different.

If you send snail mail, be sure to send certified so you have proof it arrived in human hands.Personally, it's baffling how so many people have poor communication skills when we have so many opportunities to communicate in today's world.
