I’ve seen a few websites about seminars/training, while google searching but then see reviews that aren’t so great.

I keep coming across ispeedtolead.com in various facebook groups offering their leads to others and I want to know if anyone has used them and their success or reviews on the product.

@Deangelo Mack - when I buy a property, I review the leases and draft up the estoppel. 

Review their management agreement.

If so, review it to ensure it matches the estoppel certificate4.
