Not only will you still be required to disclose that there is aluminum everywhere, but there is a lot of stigma around it that I don't think you want associated with your flip.Also, the code requirements in your area may pointedly not allow it, or have very specific requirements, which is the more important piece of the puzzle.

An auto loan or two, with good payment records for a period of time, I take note of the payment amounts in relation to their income to see if it is reasonable.I'm also looking at the other information provided in the report, comparing it with what applicant provided on their application for timelines, employment info, addresses, other names, whatever I can use to complete the puzzle.

In my opinion, the biggest piece to this puzzle is making sure you screen your tenants like you would anyone else.

That appears to be a mistake.More puzzling is when it was only myself making calls, I would make around 400-500/wk and consistently made contact around 8% of the time.With respect to your cash buyer question -- yes and no.

I found the missing piece of the puzzle that I was not explaining well: That's at right about 32:00 minutes in if the link doesn't work as expected.Sounds like the use of a 'professional servicing company' and a paper trail of that, allows lenders to disregard a portion of the mortgage in a debt-to-income eval.
