Here is what I mean:(Examples may be exaggerated but used to illustrate my point)If you don't stain the cabinets you can get say $1900 a month in rent, but after doing some research you find that if the kitchen was a tad more updated you could rent it for $2100 a month, what would you say then?

Another quick example was February last year I wanted to buy MRO shares when they were hitting the sub $7 range, I watched the day it was at its lowest at $6.73, I was broke back then and dealing with terrible tenants in a rental property, paying child support and everything else and I was lucky to have 2 cents in my bank account ( not exaggerating, getting rid of my duplex was the best thing that ever happened to me ) But I wanted to buy MRO then, I was trying to get money together and even trying to get a loan from my mom.
