Its a big problem for the nation, we are becoming a renter nation and that is not a good thing, talking to doctors and nurses today and they can not afford a house.

With the exception of a “life saving job” like Doctor all degrees simply show you can learn and acquire knowledge. 60% of degrees are never used for their intended field (look it up it is actually 67%)... so if your goal is to make an extra $10-15k by leaving your current 9-5 job and going to a new one that will basically he the same then YES for sure get it and drop more money on a formal education... but if you simply want to live a full life and likely make more money spend your time learning what you need to know from others or from free sources and use your mind to make more moneyJust my 2 cents... from a guy with a BA in Criminology that would have made me a glorified police officer getting shot at for $80k a year and working nights.... instead I followed my own path and last year made over $200k and no one shot at me...

If his doctors will not fill out the forms, for instance, it's because they don't agree with him that he fits the criteria for being disabled and not able to work.If he loved you, he would insist on you being on the deed, as a joint tenant with rights of survivorship (JTWROS).

Two great aspects of having a doctor as a tenant, your tenant will likely be able to afford the rent and they will be less likely to move, so long as he preceives the cost of buying is higher than the rents.

I hand wright all my envelopes.Actually my wife hand write them because I have doctor's handwriting.My results have been phenomenal.I believe in the techno world many sellers especially ones who do not use technology find old forms of communicating refreshing and respond well to them.Junk mail used to be in the mail box and now it is on the internet instead.I have had people tell me they look more forward to getting mail now.

his doctor said that he is protected under the American w Disabilities act and he would have no problem writing a letter stating his condition and our need for a fence that can decrease teh sound decibmals that come from their yard.Does anyone have advice on how i should approach this to the HOA or ARB. i really dont want to go to court and have this get ugly. i have too much on my hands as is it with him sick and me working 14 hour days.PLEASE HELP. any advice is greatly appreciated. thank you
