How do I protect my deal if I go into contract with seller, then show the investor the property and he or she attempts to go around me to get a better deal on the property? Is there an agreement that the buyer should sign before I show him the property???
PLEASE HELP...

John,

You can also use a non-circumvent agreement with your end-buyers, which is basically a form, in which they agree not to go around you.
