The cash flow in the areas you describe can be immense and there are many ways to mitigate the risk.

It would be cheaper to replace all the doors/door jambs, window sills, etc rather than go with the deleading process described above.

So there are many sites dedicated to listing all of the commercial office/retail space that is available for lease - but is there any site that allows those individuals/companies who are looking for office space to describe their needs and desired locations?

Our current tenants are exactly as you described.

You can allocate them in any manner you choose to any properties you are purchasing.That your describing is perfectly fine.
