I've not denied a repair request PM has placed forth, and am always timely and specific as I ask lots of questions.

Insurance company denied claim due to property being vacant for 60 days.

I doubt it that you could get the HOA to pay for that and I doubt the insurance as well, I'm not sure how the pricing models for insurance work but considering they ask if you have made any claims every time you get a quote it could raise your rates even if your claim is denied.

That has already happened to a limited degree in some markets where you can no longer deny based on background checks or eviction records.   

You can deny them access but that’s like asking for multiple citations when they come back, and they will, most likely with a court order.

Is there a high chance my rezoning request would be denied or is rezoning usually granted as long as you fill out the paperwork, pay the money, and get the permits?
