Here’s how I do it1-   I do not “cross collateralize” assets, i.e., if I default on one asset (god forbid) the lender can not come after any other assets2 - I do NOT sign personal guarantees - I’ve got two banks that lend to me without a personal guarantee, but only up to 50% LTV.  

Does it make it any easier if you are shipping to Colombia (the country)?

I cross checked this year return before purchasing my 4th unit with turbo tax and i was not far in my calculation which the CPA did.

Fingers crossed that these numbers continue to trend upward and translate to a successful fall season for you and your managed properties!

Keep in mind that I cannot speak for every single lender in the country.

It did take about 60 days to close, but whatever, they were a nice couple that loved the house and he served our country.
