I suspect the AG has gotten many complaints.. but if you know anything about these types of things .. the wheels turn very slowly. google Marquis properties Chad Duecher for some fun reading he did the exact same thing as Morris and ended up with 7 or 8 years in prison but it took 5 to 7 years to get turned in and finally convicted..

If you sack up and actually buy it and put it in your name (or get your license the way that someone without a criminal record can easily do, and follow the laws on brokering real estate), they you don't have to worry about doing something that will force you to have to answer "yes" to every job application or rental application that asks "have you ever been convicted of a felony."
