The realtor and I met and discussed collaborating together:her providing corporate renters and me investing in properties renters are searching for.She sent some properties but the numbers seemed high when I was calculating expenses vs. income.

You may also be able to collaborate with the Veterans Administration, as they typically partner with assisted livings facilities or RCFEs in rural areas that are further from their main hubs, as I know from personal experience working in the VA system. 

We've got some seriously great deals in this area and a lot of projects have been happening to redevelop South Bend with the collaboration of Notre Dame University as well as some other major investors.

I want to be able collaborate on deals with other people in the community that maybe looking to finance projects in the Philadelphia metro area.
