I’m close to saving up for a down payment but it’s taking forever!

I have been Quest client for 6 years and this transition is beyond anything I have ever seen and my career was putting new systems in for companies.I am trying to get a deal closed and can’t get a response.

That's a big advantage over getting the whole amount at the closing.

Maybe lake visitors, but not really close to the lake. 

Wanted to still be close to family but maintain a cheaper lifestyle, still have strong appreciation, and much better tenant/landlord laws, taxes, etc. 

The market does offer lower priced investment opportunities and higher cashflow returns, with ongoing revitalization projects like the DORA boosting appreciation potential.

As others have suggested, you could get a conventional or FHA loan if you want lower down payment options.

Without a firm base and working familiarity with these three areas the investor will not have the knowledge to analyze, negotiate and close advantageous real estate transactions. 2- Experience - the first few deals are likely to be smaller, harder, with more “surprises” and not as profitable as the investor imagined.

Shop LTV (or cLTV which is combined Loan To Value, basically your first mortgage and 2nd mortgage combined loan to value), rates, payment terms, time to close,  and draw period (how long you can go into and out of your heloc). 

Account Closed said, income and assets are the only "hassle" with a conventional loan.
