I was able to source a small supply online at a comparable rate, but as a contingency we purchased a bunch of reusable cloth masks and replaceable N95 filters.

For owners who already own property that isn't lead certified - if one of their tenants has a baby, or if there's kids living there under the age of "X" (again, I'm not a pro on the lead laws) the owner is required to bring it up to current code for lead.

If you wanted you could get some sani-cloth wipes for surfaces just make sure you use gloves with them.

It could be that she (like a lot of tenants) has enough money to pay the rent, but just isn’t putting a high priority on paying it and is spending her money on everything else first (i.e. cable, cell phone, eating out, new clothes, etc).
