The experience was really bad as I was getting 1-2 year old leads to cold call that I knew had a 0% success rate and I do much better generating leads organically on my own.

In 2021, I successfully launched an Airbnb, thanks in large part to the amazing advice and support I received from this community.

If you have money to burn, and actually have a successful investment/loan with this company, let us know!

I do think they are different skillsets, but the both need to mesh in order to be successful.

All up, I don't think it really compares to the US market in this regard though....I'm thinking of the 'Success Story Spotlight' from today (May 4th), where someone bought a triplex with good rental returns for 14K!!
