According to dictionary.com, cybersecurity is defined as:1. precautions taken to guard against crime that involves the internet, especially unauthorized access to computer systems and data connected to the internet.2. the state of being protected against such crime.It is a very generic definition, but it's not too far from the truth.

That ends up leaving a void that's filled by unprofessional, and in some cases outright criminal operations there in the PM space.

You still need access to the property to do it, but it's a bit faster than doing a normal appraisal.

There were challenging grading issues and limited access from the street to bring in utilities.

And some of these left HML in a tight spot borrowers could not access their draw money.. this happened just recently to Fund that Flip.. and their borrowers I know i got a call from one of them that was owed 300k in draws that was not coming.I can understand that rates aren't what they are when you close as when you get quoted, but if you offer a "rate lock" and use that term, you need to stick to it even if you aren't required by law to do so.

Highlight nearby conveniences and any neighborhood growth to attract interest.Focus on framing the size as a bonus that buyers get more space and value for their money compared to smaller homes.

A cabin that in theory would have cash flowed positive almost $1K/month had the kitchen drain go through the crawl space and dump out about 4' away from the house.
