I would love to buy some land or a property in the Oaxaga region but wanted to learn more about financing land or RE....

The most sense I can make of it is that if I wanted a vacation home, but didn't want the burden of the entire cost, then I could use it as a STR so I can make some money from it when I am not using it.

I have a vacation rental which it’s the off season and I accept rents at a lower rate.
