Do you have agreements upfront for the source and purchase side and the agent then gets the listing, do you pay % both sides - purchase and listing or do you FSBO the sale.I have been doing this for some time in the US, Dubai and UK on the Realtor side and i would really like to see if you have any other models than what I do.I assist with finding the property on a 0% commission model with the listing agreement being signed the day of completion with a volume discount.Thanks

Hi @Brendan ReillyI used to sell a lot of old houses in the UK and there are never enough bathrooms in "period" homes similar to what you have.You mention in another post the location of the house is in an "A area", so I presume it will attract a quality tenant?
