Vancouver or Toronto?

I really like the region known as the Intermountain west.As for Las Vegas, I have a townhouse near the Strip in what I would call a C neighborhood but it's zoned in a multi-use overlay district with high demand so I get good quality tenants and higher rents.  

Is there a source for the following data;  I am looking for the "norm" for the expense ratio (based on either GPR or Gross Income) for individually metered garden style apartments in the south east and the mid Atlantic (Region IV) : Marketing Insurance Janitorial Service Lawn/Snow Licenses Miscellaneous Professional Fees Accounting Legal Property Management Fees Repairs and Maintenance Resident Superintendent Salaries and Wages Supplies Taxes Real Estate Personal Property Payroll Other Trash Removal Utilities Electricity Fuel Oil Gas Sewer and Water Telephone Other (whatever I missed)

My deal flow and stage of my career is such that I'm selling properties all across the great LA region. 

It Is the 3rd most populous region in Pa!

For example, the condo market in NYC, the broader housing market in London and price compression in Toronto.

Different regions have different ways they refer to things.

I'm Sol and I am located in the Greater Buffalo Niagara region (WNY). 

More local to regional tenants will seek you out on their own for space.
