I've heard of this before with tenants that smoke and are not supposed to and use deceptive tactics when there is an inspection coming up.Anyway, I had ozone treatments done 3-4 times and it didn't work.

ETC.Dennis, I'm not sure anyone here gets fooled by their bait and switch, I don't think it is even bait and switch, you see a deal, go in and find out the details of it (having to use certain products) and decide if that's what you want to use.I don't think anyone was really complaining about the marketing tactic, more just asking whether it provided better prices than other options.
