For example, my fourplex on fourplex street has housed an er nurse (I think because no one would house her horse-sized dog or have Harley storage); several people working at nearby mines ( shift workers who really want a cheap place to put stuff and crash for two weeks in town); lots of nonprofit workers, two with graduate degrees ( and again big dogs)..

My wife father's home is going to be sold by mid mouth around the 15th or so in August by the way of foreclosure (Court house steps) The reason is that he has now been relocated to a nursing home to receive the proper care that he needs.
