NOW I know its sounds great and it is.. but try to explain that to timber land owners who are generally very unsophisticated .. they then go to their book keeper who has never heard of it and they think its not legal.. we did this maybe 5 or 6 times with financially astute timber land owners..

Yes, that's still paying for training, but its training on your niche and what you are doing and not paying the extra $37,000 for asset protection (hre a local attorney for under $1000 for that) or 7 other investment strategies that you have no interest in, or for how to use an IRA (the Self Directed Custodians offer that training for free, online, daily), or how to set up a quickbooks account (hire a bookkeeper to help you with this), and on and on.Now back to Fortune Builders I will say if you are going to go to see one of the traveling circus shows that avoids the local REIAs, they are better than most.
