I went with a CPA that was a veteran, invested in real estate, and specialized in real estate that was recommend to me in my military mastermind group. 

What has been your experiences with belonging to Mastermind groups?

David Pere created a mastermind group called the War Room of only veterans and active duty members if your interested.

I would say the biggest contributing factor for me to actual move forward and make an investment was my "masterminds" group.

I joined a mastermind group with a few rookie investors and it really helped me understand different markets in the country which fit my budget.I decided to work with Martel Turnkey and Roofstock to purchase 2 out of state investments last year  Any tools you know of that I should use?

I am a rookie investor and out of state investing seemed like something I would never get into but joining masterminds, talking to mentors, reading and educating myself about out of state investing made me comfortable to move forward with this approach.
