They are not even willing to lift a finger to get a contractor over there for a quote or a realtor over there for some comps.I am not sure about my intentions for the property because as I said, it kind of dropped in my lap unexpectedly.

As Andrew S said they add conditional clauses to sales of their units that keep their fingers in the pie, and in one of the locations the own just over 50% of the units on property so they control the HOA as well.
