Im looking to connect with all who like to do win win deals, make money, and think outside the box.

Lenders want to stay in a conservative underwriting box especially for low interest rates so they can stand up to an audit by the OCC as making sound loans on the market.   

I'd recommend getting a UPS Box and using that as a return address.  

The rehab has been done here in Florida in August in a hot box.
