Ask if the brokerage has any books about investing, like FLIP, HOLD, or the Millionaire Real Estate investor. 

I started by listening to rich dad poor dad books.

I see FF to be very mixed on bookings compared to actively getting them.

If you're interested in learning more about creative financing, you could check out the BP book "Wealth Without Cash" by Pace Morby.When getting started, I recommend narrowing your focus and choosing one specific investing strategy you want to pursue that makes the most sense for you right now.

You might consider listing on both and just not accepting auto-books to maximize potential.

I highly recommend reading the BP books for self-education and house hacking a 2-4 unit property for your first deal.

I'm going to have an attorney review my lease agreement, but all the documentation that I have came with my BiggerPockets MANAGING RENTAL PROPERTIES book a few years ago, pre-pandemic...and it's a lot.For those using KeyCheck for their MTR listings, did you also find that additional documentation was needed, besides the 3 key things that KC provides? 

But I am also having a lot of booked guests concerned about their upcoming stays because of the two storms currently brewing.I've thought of self-insuring but I've been able to find policies with good coverage that also cover the loss of income.  

I made $9K in 5 weeks and was booked for 2 months ahead.
