As an owner, what are the top considerations or issues you face when deciding to bring on a property management company to help manage your units?

I have also looked in areas like La Mesa, North park, Clairemont.

There are some great areas North of Philly as well. 

For example, Iredell county (north of Charlotte) just passed a law that if you want to STR your home you need to rezone it. 

I had a question about the Title Companys in North California, and which are investor friendly and are familiar with assign and assignment transactions as well as contracts!

There's a multi family project in Korea town that's been in permitting hell for at least 5 years and it's still a barren lot. 

Very reassuring as I am familiar with the palm coast area and south of it but not too familiar going north from a rental aspect.

Just wanting to make some connections and see if anyone knows of any buyers for the Texas or North Carolina area.

The west and possibly north boundary of the lot have a 1-1.5' gap and an 18' "shift" to the east.

I'll just make clear to him I won't be accommodating requests I perceive to be unreasonable and that if he's looking for more of a hand-holey type of experience, he should look into a building with a doorman up North.
