All I can say is that persistence and the number of Foreclosures happening in Alaska apparently changed the mind of one of the supervisors.

If you continue to remove the incentive for achievement in school, (" your answer is almost correct, so that is good Bryan"), and incentive in workplace, you'll get a socialistic country, and that is NOT what I was unlucky enuff to be born into, and don't want my kids/grandkids to have to live in.

Please advise how I can reach a supervisor to resolve this issue.

You may require the assistance of the police to determine the name of the person or persons.Some police officers may be reluctant to assist and claim it is a civil matter, a landlord tenant issue, if that happens ask to speak to a supervisor.
