Hi everyone. I came to this place as I am selling a property in Australia and buying a rural property for a Health Retreat. I also own my unencumbered home which is being renovated to go on the market.  I am seeking private investment as a bridging finance to pay for the purchase while allowing more time to market my properties to maximise profit and was interested in what this site has to offer.

I am expanding my Holisitic Health Business onto a rual property in the Hunter Valley vineyards in NSW and including Permaculture, sustainable living and natural building courses in addition to my classes and workshops I currently teach in Holisitic Health. 

I have been running my Holisitic Health business for over ten years and teach and certify practitioners in several modalities,  yet also have experience in landscaping, building, sustainable living, marketing, workplace training and assessment, hospitality, event management, project management, mentoring and lifecoaching.  

I am actively seeking an investor for a simple bridging type loan with a balloon repayment of pricipal and interest on sale of my properties or after an agreed term to allow the lender to take advantage of periodic interest payments until the balloon payment is made.
