Im Curtis i would like to fortify by buyers list in Portland Oregon and Nationally. I get leads from time to time and really would like to have more solid foundation with buyers instead of scrambling to find someone. 

You will also have an easier time getting signed up with wholesale lenders that may require you to be licensed to do loans with them.

I was thinking I’d start out by renting a room somewhere until I can figure out where I want to be.In the meantime, however, I’m looking for realtors, lenders that knows rehab loans and wholesalers.
