I am thoroughly impressed by the on-boarding process here which I believe is new since I joined last year.

Now as the post title says, "Starting Out", that is what I am doing and anybody in their right mind would get the impression that whoever started this post is looking for ideas on how to get started in real estate, no matter what the avenue is, so for whoever feels like they need to write stuff down to make them feel above everybody, let start a forum that says, "I know more than you."

They reduced their dividends but will come back up with IMPRESSIVE dividends once they are back in shape - VERY GOOD acquisition candidate being the leader in S&Ls ;-)CVX - Chevron Corporation - I am expecting this to fall when rest of the stocks go down.
