This question is for long-time Cozy users, or anyone who has had one or more leases renew using Cozy.When you have a lease renew and you are re-signing the same tenant for another term, do you find it is most helpful to just change the expiration date in Cozy on the current lease, or do you create an entirely new lease with a new start and end date?

If you had to cash directly from the client you would also have payment fees from PayPal or any credit card clearance company.They are quite reliable IMO (I.e. they do pay you what is due).That said they have an awful user interface, very confusing and literally with wrong statements.

I know one Appfolio user that has been with them for 13 years and he not only switched to Propertyware, he wrote a scathing review because of Appfolio's terrible customer service and other limitations.For most private investors managing their own rentals, I think TenantCloud, Cozy, or rentecdirect are really good options.
