On the bright side, you never know what kinds of treasures you may find behind those walls or under those floors.

A treasure chest of information is already in the forums...and if you come across something new, you have have an army of expertise who will crowdsource your answer right back to you.I'm also in the Fresno/Clovis area.  

So in referencing the records I got from Agentpro I went onto the County Treasurer site to find that every property I tried was actually not delinquent.

Have a separate lease agreement for the renting of the lot and then something for the actual home.You might be able to look up the land values with the treasurer.
