Hello San Antonio (TX)
It looks like I will be relocating to the San Antonio area within the next 90 days and I could use some help/referral information:
Real Estate (RE) attorney-
RE Accountant/CPA-
Property Mgr./mgmt. co.-
Contractor's: General, elec., roof etc. for renovations-
Local lenders (who maintain their own RE portfolio)-
Licensee- must understand investments; not just pretty drapes-
RE investment clubs-probably on Northern side of town-
RE map indicating areas by name (i.e. north side, mountain view) or numbers, maybe shows area types (I.e. coml., middle class neighborhoods etc.- haven't found anything on Google yet)-
I'll need to personally rent something for 3-6 months: what area should I look at for myself (probably north of downtown)-
Wanted immediately (buy & hold): multifamily property(s), renovation projects at or below wholesale ...............
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide
p.s. if this is the wrong forum please advise

Might be a little late but welcome to SA George. It looks to me that you know exactly what needs to be done in order to succeed here in town in the RE game. It sounds like you are looking to invest. If you need any help I'm extremely familiar with SA and I currently work with New Western Acquisitions, we sell around 40 properties a month to investors, and we maintain our inventory stocked with properties. If you're interested feel free to reach out to me, or if you need any general info. or help i'll be glad to help your transition go as smooth as possible.
