I get more irritated than most about fluff posts @Travis Timmons, but that was over the line of decorum.

Seattle has turned toxic.

We encountered a thorough gauntlet of obstacles including a hidden crawlspace foundation, toxic inherited tenant, every obscure pest imaginable, the works.

Most types of toxic mold develop from a water or moisture source. 

For example if you buy a tax lien on a property that has a mortgage, you can pretty much rest assured the lender will pay off that lien as long as the house is still standing and its not a toxic site as the lender will not let a house go for pennies on the dollar and lose their investment. 

And I said ‘well yeah i would like to learn but i dont have 15k’ and he sounded irritated cutting me again telling me ‘forget about the 15k Im asking you is this what you want?’

But 40 years ago Seattle was a landlord fair zone, today it's toxic.

Gah - 401k's....I'm so irritated by that financial instrument!!  

Also, the first property is in an LLC, and this one will be purchased in another LLC.As others have said, if your credit score is 603, then you’re toxic waste to any bank.

She is very frequently irritable.
