Be careful about spending money on courses promoted at group meetings.

I got a promotion at work and will now be making very good money.

I had three years interning in the field and I was getting BLOWN up by offers from various Mortgage companies, so I finally decided to cut my losses at $40k of debt, enter the work force and stop racking up debt that I'm really not deriving direct, tangible value from. 

However, many "experienced" investors, TK providers, even experienced agents promote them on a regular basis.

hi Brittany so my opinion is find a group of people that you have connections with that have homes and are interested in selling them and probably your personal connections to these people is probably what you should think about when looking for deals and then get them under contract and basically promote them to your network of figure practice or whatever investor networks that you have and they’ll be investors that are looking to buy pretty much every property that’s out there and it doesn’t take much to market them.

@Eric P.We let our guests know that we accept direct bookings in several ways: post-stay text and email follow-up, post cards and business cards displayed in all our properties, giving each property a unique name and promoting it on social media and elsewhere so guests can do a quick Google search on our property name and we appear everywhere.Increasingly, we are seeing even some first-time guests seeing our property name on the big listing sites, then finding us with a Google search and booking directly on their first stay.

The language around vacating the unit seems more centered around damages from just tangible negligence that would obstruct the landlord from getting the unit ready again.

They are not your legal counsel and cannot act as such.This type of joint venturing with yourself is promoted by some as safe and clean.  

This is a fundamental rule to finance that most on the site get backwards as well, including those that promote the brrr strategy.
