That would be your biggest issue, if you got a bad tenant your  screwed Sitting down here in NB - which strangely has a rather well balanced Residential Tenancies Act - Ontario's Landlord and Tenant Act is pretty much as pro tenant as the Régie du logement.

And you know what's crazy about that is..the happiest customers were the ones you made the most money off of..the ones you made the least off of were the unhappy..but they still agreed to the deal..strange huh..I never understood that.
