The amount of work and capital it takes is usually smarter spent on either buying your own property or venturing into co-hosting.

After a few open houses I only get a few to stop by.  

Really excited to learn more and to speak with those (most ideally who live near me with whom I could meet up in person, but definitely not a deal breaker) who are in a similar stage or perhaps just ahead of me, from whom I can learn and feel supported by as I venture into this new world.

Once I became more financially secure I stopped investing for cash flow, only started buying good buildings in good areas and my life significantly improved.  

For us we want to stop at around 30% LTV.

Therefore the time frames don't align and presuming that people logically stop paying their taxes and mortgages at the same time, the Sheriff Sale would happen long before the Tax Sale. 

That doesn't mean stop networking though, just take it all with a grain of salt.

He isn't really going to sue you, but you can use that to stop talking with him, lol.

If your program doesn't work after I pay you thousands I want to kick you in the balls as hard as I can non stop. 

That may be the most practical resolution but if they stopped paying interest they may be struggling with liquidity.
