I have come to the conclusion that this the wrong PM for the class of tenants that I am trying to reach.

Therefore, I came up with the conclusion that if timing works out, I have much better chances of getting a higher price for your investment (I would love to get some comments on this from some local experts).I still haven't decided on a specific area but I have narrowed down my options.

Due to the fact that housing has up to this point always been provided for or lived in on a rented basis we tend to find that our newest contributing members of society find themselves at a loss for the most beneficial and advantageous way to enter this next phase of self-sufficiency.Due to the fact that most of us grow up in either a rented apartment or our parent’s single family home, it stands to reason that most people, when beginning to ask themselves the question of purchasing their own dwelling, will come to the conclusion that a condo or small house is probably the way to go.

However, oftentimes, our opinion helps sway or make the examiner feel comfortable in reaching a conclusion and issuing a policy.

:) in conclusion: Your questions makes me think you are in the beginning stages and you should be asking question (which you did on here) learning making sure you make more income pay all of your debt  ($0 debt is best) live below your means save - save- save Network and build relationships and take action! 

While certainly not enough info to draw any hard conclusions, see the red flag for what is is worth at this point.If they don't answer or respond to their cell phones, meet agreed upon schedule for assuming utilities, signing the lease and moving in, are they displaying the characteristics of tenant you would really want?

Funnily enough, I called the Home Depot tool rental and came to the conclusion that the floor roller recommendation is probably an upselling technique.. along with the Allure floor cleaner.

In my brief experience as a real estate investor i have come to the following two conclusions about MOST, not all, realtors I've dealt with.1.)

The conclusion was basically to check with a local real estate lawyer to find out for sure.

I work here everyday and making that conclusion is extremely wrong.
