Therefore, I came up with the conclusion that if timing works out, I have much better chances of getting a higher price for your investment (I would love to get some comments on this from some local experts).I still haven't decided on a specific area but I have narrowed down my options.

While certainly not enough info to draw any hard conclusions, see the red flag for what is is worth at this point.If they don't answer or respond to their cell phones, meet agreed upon schedule for assuming utilities, signing the lease and moving in, are they displaying the characteristics of tenant you would really want?

Funnily enough, I called the Home Depot tool rental and came to the conclusion that the floor roller recommendation is probably an upselling technique.. along with the Allure floor cleaner.
