Maybe there is some overlap or specific skill set you have that would roll over to real estate investing nicely!

thank you I will read these as well.. the first one you posted sounded like the seller did not understand or pretending to not understand. and keep in mind these are not skilled RE folks so even if you explain it may not sink in..

I agree with you (and the podcasts), application of our skills is where the rubber meets the road and we truly learn. 

Having a skill like construction will go a long way!

We are interested in learning the necessary skills needed to effectively find deals, fund deals and match-make for the mutual benefit of all the parties. 

Impossible to render a “judgement” without a skilled person to “cross examine” each “witness”.  

The most important skill of a good wholesaler is the ability to find off market deals.

Even if you have all the skills, you may not want to dedicate the time.
