I'd BEGIN scouring the market and doing analysis on deals a few months in advance (I always keep somewhat of an eye on the market, but I review EVERY MLS deal I come across a few months ahead of time for a few moments when getting ready to buy). 

Plus if you continue to listen to BP Podcasts and scour the forums I would think you could find all of the information you need there as well.

So for the past year I have been scouring BP for areas where I could get a 2-3 family under 200K with a good return.

I have scoured the MLS but it doesn’t appear there or on any country assessor maps or plot maps.
