Folks,There is a missing functionality in the "Real Estate Events and Happenings" forum.

Some of these students have one month or more "rotations," or learning blocks which they float site to site at various teaching areas their last year of school- hospitals, outpatient community offices, government facilities, etc.

Could not imagine functioning without it.

In terms of functionality, we want video, audio and fob entry and possibly a key pad as well for delivery men, etc.  

We couldn't even run the water or turn on any lights when looking at the property so don't even know if everything is functioning properly. 

PPS: There is a search function on the FilePlace page (not the contract sub page) and searching for "lease" or "agreement" produces a number of state-specific results.

There are 4 tests each property has to pass to function under its HBU. 

This functionality is app based and is available remotely to the tenant.Krishna.
